1:1 meetings

All the meetings need to be booked on the KKI platform.

The booking system will open on the 12th of September – on that day, the KKI accreditation holders will get the access to the KKI platform. Decision makers have priority in booking meetings and they will get access to the KKI platform a few days before the forum attendees.

Each meeting lasts 15 minutes.

If you need our assistance regarding the 1:1 meetings, please contact the 1:1 meetings coordinator Dominika Luśniak:
dominika.lusniak@nowehoryzonty.pl.

Book a meeting

There are three possibilities to book a meeting:

  • Book an on-site meeting during our fixed on-site slots at Kinoteka (book a table in our 1:1 meeting space)
The tables are available only on these dates: 28.09.2022, 15:00–18:00 CEST, 29.09.2022, 13:30–15:30 CEST.
  • Book an on-site meeting at our meeting point in Kinoteka (in this case we are not offering a table for a meeting)
This option is available during the first three days of the forum (27-29.09).
  • Book an online meeting*
This option available during the whole event (27-30.09) for online and on-site guests and attendees.

* The default video conferencing tool for online meetings is Jitsi, which will automatically generate a meeting link for you, without creating an extra account. You also have the option to set up a Google Meet link.

Adding your colleague to the online/on-site meeting

If you want to add your colleague to the online/on-site meeting, you can share your agenda with your colleague (find the ‘Email my agenda’ button underneath your schedule on the KKI platform), so that your colleague knows where to go at what time. If it’s an online meeting, you can share the video URL, available in the meeting tab.

More information about booking the meetings can be found in Meet To Match FAQ section.
