Decision Makers are industry representatives that we actively try to invite throughout a year. Among our Decision Makers are TV buyers, sales agents, online and theatrical distributors, investors, film institutions and festivals who are coming to the event to join our audience and give public feedback on the pitched projects.

Accreditation
We contact our Decision Makers directly via email. In order to get the accreditation as a Decision Maker we need to confirm your participation first and then we will send you the link to the accreditation form for Decision Makers (this is not the same form as accreditation form avaialble on our website).  Once your account is activated (September), you will receive login and password to our online booking system and KKI platform which also means your accreditation got accepted. Our hospitality team will take care of your stay in Warsaw (for onsite DMs).

1:1 meetings
Decision Makers are able to book individual meetings with selected projects prior to the event via our online booking system (which will activate in September). This gives you the priority to book certain meeting. Nevertheless, if you are not able to make this decision before the public pitch, our meeting coordinators and matchmakers will help you to arrange individual meeting just after the pitch.

Pitching Teams

Have a project in development or work in progress to pitch? Feature film or series – animation/documentary/live-action or trans media? Submit it to KKI! Check how to submit your project here. The call for submission for the upcoming edition is closed.

Accreditation
Once your project is selected we send you an e-mail. Our invitation covers accommodation, accreditation and food for 3 days. We invite team of producer + writer to pitch the project. Our hospitality team will take care of your stay in Warsaw between 27-29.092022.
Once you receive the confirmation of your participation your online account will be activated – you will receive login and password to our online booking system and KKI platform, which also means your accreditation got accepted.

Decision Makers are the one who book the meetings with the pitching teams. They do it both online and personally during the event. If you will notice that you don’t have a meeting with a person you are keen to meet, our matchmakers will help you to arrange the meeting during the event. You will be able to see your meeting calendar once you are logged in. Remember that registration for the meetings starts in September.
