From a doodle to a digital sensation, TV series, and lifestyle brand – the success of French original IP Molang.

Millimages’ iconic production Molang goes into its 6th season. That’s a good reason to invite Marina Narishkin to share with us the studio’s creative principles of developing outstanding recognisable IPs and her attention to diversity in the workplace. She will walk us through the strategic puzzle of licensing, publishing, merchandising, and positioning with the example of Molang’s transformation into a digital sensational brand.

Marina Narishkin

Director General, Millimages (France)

Recruited in 2021 from TV channel TF1, Marina Narishkin is the General Manager of Millimages, one of the oldest European animation studios. Her goals include intensifying the production of new TV shows and films, transforming the studio’s business model through the development of Licensing & Merchandising and its branch in China. Marina is a French, Russian-American born in Brazil with a 30-year career in driving results thru Management, Branding and Licensing, highlighting French talent around the world working for an array of Studios and brands such as: Marvel, Wildbrain, Banijay, ITV, BBC, The Voice, The Minions, Universal, Avatar, The Simpsons, Fox, Star Wars/Lucasfilm, Dora/Nickelodeon, World Cup Football, French Football Federation among others. Advocate for diversity in the workplace, mentoring, founding member of Women in Toys France, sponsoring start-ups, she was also named one of the “50 most important women leaders for French consumers” by LSA MAGAZINE in 2019.

Zosia Jaroszuk

Independent producer (Poland)

Zofia Jaroszuk is a graduate of film and culture management studies at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. Between 2015 and 2022, she collaborated with Animoon, where she performed the duties of a supervising and creative producer and worked on short, series, and feature animated projects, covering tasks which spread across the development and distribution stages. In 2019, she was appointed as a Polish Film Institute expert. She is an EAVE Marketing workshop graduate.
