Guild Guy Edmonds & Matt Zeremes are the creators, writers and directors of the Emmy Award Winning series HARDBALL. Join them as they talk comedy, collaboration, cars, cabbage, cabinet making and callisthenics… but mostly comedy and collaboration.


Guy Edmonds & Matt Zeremes are Emmy Award-winning writers, directors and performers. They created and wrote their debut children’s television series HARDBALL which premiered in 2019 as ABCMe’s number one show. The series has won multiple awards and sold throughout the world. Season Two of HARDBALL was released June 2021 on which they also direct. They have several new television projects in development in Australia and overseas. In addition to winning the 2020 International Emmy Award for Best Children’s Live-Action Series, HARDBALL won at the Prix Jeunesse International Awards, the BANFF Rockies, The Remis, the Japan Prize and others, as well as being nominated for the AWGIES and AACTA’s in Australia. Their first children’s book series ZOO CREW is being published by Scholastic and was released September 2021. They have five more books releasing in the next 18 months. They’ve directed and written the NIDA Graduating Actors Film Scenes since 2017. They also act, with over eighty credits between them on both stage and screen including HOLDING THE MAN, UNDERBELLY: RAZOR, HARDBALL, A MOODY CHRISTMAS, HOME AND WAY and SECRET CITY to name a few.

Agnieszka Kruk (1973), a professional screenwriter, screenwriters’ mentor and script coach. She holds two MA degrees in English and Dutch literature and is a graduate of screenwriting at Warsaw Film School and National Film School in Łódź.

Creator and for six years the creative director of the biggest festival for screenwriters in continental Europe – Script Fiesta. Author of educational programmes for screenwriters and script consultants, lecturer at film schools.

She has written and co-writen 1200 episodes of prime time TV shows. She is currently involved in the superproduction “1899” by the creators of “Dark” for Netflix and is the writer of drama series “Freedom of the Swallow” produced by Opus for Viaplay (in development). As a script coach she works with international producers and screenwriters to help develop and write new projects. Jury member of Polish and international film and screenwriting competitions. She works as an expert for Łódź Film Commission and for the Creative Europe MEDIA programme.
