SYNOPSIS
Life becomes quiet and dark blue when Timian’s little brother Oscar dies after a long-term illness. The diamonds in Mummy’s eyes lose their sparkle and Daddy’s away for work. When the adults explain that his brother has gone to heaven, Timian, aged 6, decides to bring his brother back down to Earth. Together with his friends, he defies the laws of nature – the mountains, the ocean, the weather, and the gravity – to reach a stairway to heaven. Through their many attempts, Timian and his friends learn that Oscar was never completely gone, but he lives on in the hearts of Timian and everyone who loved him.
